* Please NO extra visitors/guests. Due to the limited space within our small salon setting, we ask that only guests who are being service enter the shop. Thank you in advance for understanding!
*Please be aware that after 72 hours (from the time of your initial Full Set being installed), you will be required to pay for a refill at the set prices listed. We do our best to honor any lashes that fall out, prior to this time (24 to 48 hours of the initial service). However, if you have lost lashes after the 72 hour mark, we will have to charge you for the set price of a refill. (It is imperative that you allow your lashes to fully dry after the initial install and stay away from water, moisture, and humid places.)
*A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any appointment with us. We ask that you contact us immediately (by phone and/or email) to cancel your appointment. If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be applied to another date/time. Otherwise, you will forfeit your deposit and must rebook/reschedule at a later date and time with a new deposit.
* Appointments must be rescheduled 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
*If you "No-Show" you will be charged 100% of the service/s booked to the card on file, and you will no longer be able to book online.
*If you "Cancel" less than 24 hours OR on the day of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the total service/s. Sorry no exceptions!
* If you "Cancel" more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be forfeited. If you have to cancel your appointment for any reason, you will need to pay a new deposit to secure a new date and time.
*If you "Reschedule" less than 24 hours OR on the day of your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. You will need to re-book online with a new date/time and deposit. Sorry no exceptions! Please contact us immediately (24 hours in advance) to avoid this inconvenience.
* If you "Reschedule" more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit can be applied to a new date and time. Your deposit can only be transferred to a new date/time aka reschedule appointment ONE time. If you need to reschedule a SECOND time, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to pay a new deposit to secure a new date and time.

If you have fluttery lashes, please relax and enjoy your quiet time during your appointment. Lash naps are welcomed and are very common!
*LASH CLIENTS ONLY: Please secure childcare for the little ones. We're all mothers too, so we know how finding childcare may be challenging but, its very necessary to do so as you will be laying down with your eyes closed for up to 2 hours.

Q: I can't find any available dates & times that work for me. Do you accept "Special Requests" or appointments outside of your normal schedule?
A: Yes, for lash appointments only. We do our very best to accommodate client's requests, outside of what is available on our booking site. However, there is an additional rate of $30.00 for booking outside of our normal hours and for special requests. This is a nominal fee that we ask for accommodating our schedules to meet your needs. We encourage new and returning clients to book their appointments based on our availability listed on our booking site.
Q: How long have eyelash extensions been available?
A: Lash extensions in some forms have been around for many, many years. However, within the last 5-8 years the quality and longevity have improved immensely. The majority of product is manufactured within the Asian countries. However, Exclusive Lash Bar uses only US based products.
Q: What type of lashes are used?
A: There are 3-4 types of lashes that are available on the market. 100% Real Mink Fur, these lashes are VERY light in weight and would accommodate a client with a weak natural lash. For those not wanting to use animal products, the comparable product would be a Silk lash.The most used and most economical lash extension is the Synthetic or Loose lashes.These two extensions are made of a synthetic material.
Q: What kind of glues or adhesives are used?
A. We only use professional-grade adhesives that are NOT sold in local beauty stores. Our adhesives must be ordered and shipped to us. All of our adhesives are latex-free. Note: Please be careful; do NOT let anyone use "Hair glue" on your lashes! This can cause your natural lashes to stop growing and can cause serious eye problems.
Q: Which types of products does "Exclusive Lash Bar!" use on its clients?
A: In an effort to promote safety and consistency, our products are hand selected and are from reputable USA suppliers only. We do not buy from overseas, as products outside of the US do not have the same strict regulations or standards as US based companies. We use brand name, professional glues and designer lashes.
Q: How are the eyelash extensions attached to natural lash? How long does the application take?
A: The eyelash extension will be applied to an isolated natural lash. A miniscule amount of glue, or none at all, should touch your skin. The application varies in time depending on the desired results and potential repairs, as well as the clients amount of natural lashes. Lash services vary by the needs of the client, with 2 hours being the average.
Q: What is the average cost for a full-set of eyelash extensions?
A: Depending on the location, $100-$400, with $175 being a starting average point. Exclusive Lash Bar! prices are below the suggested cost! Note: We do not compromise quality, as a result of our lower costs. Our prices are simply made affordable in an effort to provide affordable beauty services to client's with various financial budgets.
Q. Why are your prices so low compared to others? How can you offer such affordable services?
A. Looking beautiful should not have to break the bank! We strive to maintain a "low-overhead" which allows us to offer services well-below the suggested market value. Know that we do not use cheap products or take short-cuts with any of our services. Our motto is " We are not cheap, simply Affordable!" Again, we do not compromise quality, as a result of our competitive pricing.
Q: How many lashes are considered a full-set?
A: Industry standards states that 60 lashes per eye is a "full set". However, our lash technicians are taught that every client is different and it may take 80+ extensions per eye til the client is full. We do not count lashes, as a full-set varies from client to client. We beat the competition by not pricing our full-sets or refills based on the "lash count" per service. Counting lashes per service, is actually a way for competitors to charge more money! Again, this is another reason why we beat the competition! We DO NOT count lashes!
Q: Are the lash extensions dangerous or pose any threat to my eyes or natural lashes?
A: As with any service within the beauty-industry, there is a very small chance you may have a reaction to the glues, products, or lashes. In this case have your Eyelash Professional remove the lashes immediately. Consumers are advised to visit only those technicians who are trained and/or licensed....and we are!
Q: How long do the eyelash extensions last before they must be completely removed or filled?
A: Natural lashes go through their own growth cycle, however every lash will cycle at its own pace, a FULL life cycle for ONE lash is generally about 4-6 weeks. Every client is different but the average fill will be every 2 weeks. Other conditions such as using oil-based beauty products and humidity levels will affect the bond. Avoid using any waterproof and/or oil-based eye products such as mascara and eyeliners.
Q. What is the cancellation policy? What if I need to reschedule my appointment?
A. Respectfully, we ask that you give Exclusive Lash Bar at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel/reschedule an appointment. You may cancel/reschedule an appointment via our online booking site or by phone. Live Chat or Offline Chat is NOT accepted for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. If one does not cancel/reschedule the appointment in an appropriate time frame (at least 24 hours prior), you will be charged 50% of the booked service(s) for same day cancellations.
A "no show" or "last-minute" cancellation results with an empty bed and an inconvenience for the lash technician and other patrons who may want the same appointment time. A "no-show" or "last-minute" fee in the amount of 100% of the service(s), will be charged to the client as a result.

Eyelash Extensions are NOT for everyone! There are some instances where a person cannot receive eyelash extensions. These clients include, those who have alopecia, undergoing chemotherapy, or those who suffer from Trichotillomania, unless and until the individual has received effective treatment and normal lash growth has resumed. As much as we enjoy and care to service ALL clients, we want to make sure that you are in the best medical condition to receive our services. We DO NOT discriminate whatsoever, however, we DO want to ensure that all of our clients experience safe and long-lasting results!
